Indoor spaces including the Library, are non-public forums and activities such as distributing leaflets and brochures, and video or audio recording are not permitted in non-public forums without written permission.

Groups or individuals wishing to engage in speech or expressive activities on campus, in the areas generally available to students, employees, and the community, must check in with the District at the Vice President of Administrative Services Office at each campus prior to engaging in the activities. This does not involve an advance approval process.
