Live Chat is available 24/7. You can chat with an FCC Librarian during open hours and a backup librarian after-hours. From the library home page, click on the blue 24/7 Chat with a Librarian button under Hours & Contact, or use the pop-out chat on the right side of the page.
Librarians can screenshare (Zoom) during the chats so you can show them what you're working on, and they can demonstrate how to use our online resources like searching the databases for articles, eBooks, and streaming video.
