Students can request books from the library's circulating collections*. See the steps below to learn how.

  1. Search the library's OneSearch online catalog.
  2. When you find a book you would like to check out, use the Request button under the Get It section. You can sign in to OneSearch using your MyPortal login.
  3. You will receive an email to the email address you have on file when the book is ready for pick up.  Please bring a valid photo ID to check out books.

*Textbooks on Reserve and materials in the Reference and Law collections cannot be requested and must be used inside the library.
